At Vinlighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused fixtures in their original packaging. If your lighting doesn't perfectly fit your space, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box, ensuring all crystals, hardware, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
