What is the typical shipping time for lighting fixtures?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location and the specific artisan nature of the fixture.
Are your light fixtures dimmable?
Yes, many of our chandeliers and pendants are dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch. Please check the specific product specifications for confirmation.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or modified fixtures may be subject to different terms.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all Vinlighting products come with a comprehensive installation guide. We highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling fixtures.
Are the bulbs included with the purchase?
To allow customers to choose their preferred color temperature, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specifically stated on the product page.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a free replacement.
